DOOR SUPERVISOR
Course Aims
To provide an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a door supervisor including, proactive customer care, licensing law, relevant legal aspects and health and safety requirements. To provide an understanding of how conflict management forms an integral part of the door supervisor's role and how to apply this skill within the work environment.
Suitable For
Attendees aged 19 or above, requiring a competency qualification enabling the application for the S.I.A door supervisors licence

Successful delegates will be awarded a N.O.C.N Unit 1 certificate "Roles & Responsibilities" and a N.O.C.N Unit 2 certificate "Conflict Management"
