To train and qualify delegates in the basic knowledge and skills of food hygiene.
Suitable For
Any person whose duties involve the handling, preparation or serving of food. This qualification is ideal for catering/kitchen, healthcare personnel, domestics, food production operatives, frontline hospitality staff, bar staff and child carers.
