GENERAL RISK ASSESSMENT
Course Aims
To meet the statutory needs of the Health and Safety at Work act 1974, The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, with regards to being able to carry out "suitable and sufficient" assessment of the risks present in the workplace. The delegate will learn to identify the hazard, carry out the risk assessment and implement remedial measures where required. We also offer a site visit to your place of work to carry out a risk assessment on the ground should you require it.

All those delegated by their employer to carry out risk assessments and line managers responsible for maintaining, monitoring and recording the Risk assessment process.

Pre-requisite
None.
Certification
All delegates will be awarded a Norvic certificate of attendance following the satisfactory completion of a test to verify their knowledge and understanding of the course content. This is in the form of a tick test which requires an attainment level of 60%.
