Course Aims
To introduce delegates to The Health and Safety At Work Act 1974, The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and explain how compliance can be achieved by providing the skills and knowledge to meet the legislative requirements. Regulations 1999 This presentation introduces an H&S procedure to meet HSE legislation and a means to implement it.
Suitable For
The presentation is intended for those who have a responsibility for implementation and management of the H&S procedures. Ie, Safety Representatives, Line Supervisors, Managers.

Pre-requisite
None.
Certification
All delegates will be awarded a Norvic certificate of attendance following the satisfactory completion of a test to verify their knowledge and understanding of the course content. This is in the form of a tick test which requires an attainment level of 60%.
