Course Aims
To give delegates an understanding of best practice and the legal framework within which a company can operate its discipline and grievance procedures. To provide an opportunity to clearly understand what this subject means in practice and ensure that procedures are effective, fair, well-understood and consistently applied.

Certification
All delegates will be awarded a Norvic certificate of attendance following the satisfactory completion of a test to verify their knowledge and understanding of the course content. This is in the form of a tick test, which requires an attainment level of 60%.
