Cator Hawkins welcomes Paul Davis and Andy Sumpner to the training team.
Paul has carried out learning and development interventions in UK, Scandinavia, Northern Europe and Namibia and is very experienced in delivering to multi cultural groups from India, Africa and other EMEA countries, in open access courses, and in his time as a Course Director at RIPA International.
Some of Paul's highest credentials are in training design and delivery, winning the Trainer Recognition Award (2007 and 2009) from the Chartered Institute of Housing for ‘innovation in training design and delivery approaches’.
Paul was lead consultant in his past two organisations on ‘accelerated learning’ techniques as part of multi media learning events for front line management and staff audiences.
Paul is recognised as being particularly passionate and skilled about the evaluation of training as it relates to business success. Colleagues and clients have commented that Paul has exceptional rapport building, influencing and relationship skills at all levels of an organisation. He is based in Norwich, UK.

Cator Hawkins announces the departure of Bob Walker. Bob had been with the company from its inception in 2005 and leaves to develop his new Health and Safety consultancy business.
We would like to thank Bob for his significant contribution over the past 6 years and wish him well in his new venture.
Bob will continue to work with Cator Hawkins on projects that require the necessary skill sets.
